JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2015 Petitioners are languishing in custody since 08.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 341, 379, 504, 34 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that on the order of petitioner Satya Narayan Yadav petitioner Hari Narayan Yadav caused injury on the abdomen of the informant's brother-in-law Santosh Yadav.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only one incise grievous injury on the left side of abdomen was found. Moreover the petitioners had no intention to kill the brother-in-law of the informant and in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in para 3 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13143 of 2015 (2) dt.06-04-2015 2/2 petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Adapur P.S.
