Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 50 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the date of occurrence two cases were registered. First at the instance of petitioner and other at the instance of the informant. From perusal of Annexure-1 and 2, it appears that there is case and counter case and both sides have sustained injury Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury found on the informant is simple in nature . So far as injury on Kundan Kumar is concerned, the

Considering the fact that there is case and counter case and both sides have sustained injury, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-XIII, Hajipur, Vaishali, in connection with Sarai P.S.
