1. The petitioner by way of this writ petition prays for direction to the respondent to appoint him on the post of assistant and set aside the entire selection process conducted under advertisement 3/2012 dated 02.05.2012 on the ground that the same was done secretly.

2. Reply has been filed and it has been informed that the advertisement was issued on 02.05.2012 whereafter, screening of application forms was conducted, written examination was held, admit cards were issued and successful candidates were called for the interview.

3. The petitioner having not participated in the said

Patna High Court CWJC No.9223 of 2013(6) dt.21-02-2023 2/2 selection process cannot challenge the said selection process alleging it to be secretive. This writ petition is wholly misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
