Two associates of petitioner manage to escape while petitioner was apprehended at the juncture when they were engaged in committing theft. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 28.02.2015. Accordingly, petitioner Sharvan Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No.41 of 2015.
