====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No.161 of 2019 registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is that the informant Sunita Kumari met the petitioner, his parents and sister at the house of her sister in the year 2017 and since then the petitioner and his family members used to visit at the house of the informant. In that course, the petitioner offered the informant to perform the marriage with him and gave mobile phone to the informant to talk. Taking the advantage of talk, the petitioner used to take

On 05.03.2019, the petitioner took the informant to his house, where the mother of the petitioner asked the informant that she is not ill on which the informant asked the petitioner to leave to her house but the petitioner started to avoid the same and the petitioner used physically to the informant for 3-4 times for ten days in the knowledge of his family members. Later on, the family members of the petitioner asked the informant that they will perform the marriage of the petitioner at another place and this petitioner, on 15.03.2019, left the informant at Majhar Gothiya Tola giving threatening of dire consequences.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parents of the informant met the parents of the petitioner at the house of the relative of the informant, where proposal was made by the parents of the informant to perform the marriage of the petitioner with the informant but the parents of the petitioner refused and, thereafter, the present case was lodged. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.
