Petitioner is said to have been caught along with 5 grams smack and admittedly, aforesaid quantity comes under the purview of small quantity.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in Sessions trial no. 27 of 2015/ 1 of 2015 arising out of Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case no. 574/2014.
