No. 5883 of 2015 for making correction in the name of police station in the address portion of the petitioner as Police Station- Kaler instead of Police Station-Kingar. On the ground taken in the modification application, the name of police station in the address portion of the petitioner be read as Police Station-Kaler instead of Police Station-Kingar.

The order dated 13.02.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed off in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No. 51 of 2014, pending in the court of leaned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
