The petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 61 pieces of mobile, 58 pieces of battery and 3 pieces of wrist watch suspected to be stolen were recovered from the house of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the present case. The petitioner runs a mobile repair shop and the recovery has been made from the joint family house.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sikrahana at Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 398 of 2014.
