JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.9.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468,420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner withdrew Rs.500/- from the account of the informant and got transferred Rs.99,500/- in his account.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
