For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Bishwajeet Singh, Advocate For the Respondent/s : Mr. Arun Kumar, APP =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. This revision application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 16.1.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in Cr. (Juvenile) Appeal No.7 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 20.12.2014 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Saran, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in JJB case No.1426 of 2014 corresponding to Chapra Katcheri Rail P.S. case No.13 of 2014.

The Petitioner seeks release in JJB case No.1426 of 2014 corresponding to Chapra Katcheri Rail P.S. case No.13 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.144 of 2015 dt.27-08-2015 2/2 Considering the conduct of the Petitioner, evidently he does not deserve to be released.

Hence, finding no merit in the application, the same is dismissed.

The Juvenile Justice Board is directed to conclude the enquiry positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Saran at Chapra, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
