The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017, registered under Sections 447, 384, 385, 120B and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that 12 decimal land of Khesra No. 4974, Khata No. 364 was purchased by Samindra Devi, mother of the informant, Sanjay Sahni. The petitioners forcibly took possession over the said land by constructing a hut. When the informant made protest then petitioners become adamant and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47353 of 2017 (2) dt.06-10-2017 demanded cash of Rs.50,000/- as ransom.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute and the present case has been lodged on 25.05.2017 after one year of the occurrence.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
