2. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 44/2024 arising out of Kasimbazar P.S. Case No.344 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 366Am 120B, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 08.11.2023 by the informant, Dharmendra Yadav.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that his daughter was missing from the house and the informant has strong suspicion about the role of the petitioner. When visited the petitioner's house, was abused and accordingly, the FIR.

4. In this case, case diary was called for by the Coordinate Bench which has come and the victim girl's statement is in para-31, according to which, the petitioner always used to disturb her and on the fateful day, forcefully took her to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54719 of 2024(3) dt.24-10-2024 2/2 hospital road, she later took an auto but once again forced to leave the said vehicle, it was only after her call to the brother, she was rescued.

5. Though, learned counsel for the petitioner tried to show his innocence submitting that he was in relationship but the girl later changed her version, considering the allegation that has come, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The bail application, accordingly, stands rejected.
