2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 135 of the Bihar Electricity Act.
3. It is alleged that during course of raid, it was found that petitioner was using electricity illegally by connecting the electric wire from main line and running a water pump of 1 HP in his well for irrigating his field, which caused a loss of Rs. 58,037/- to the electricity department.
4. Petitioner denies the allegation, but he is ready to pay the alleged amount of Rs. 58,037/- without prejudice to his right and contention. Out of Rs. 58,037/-, petitioner is ready to

In view of the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Munger in connection with Laraiyatand P.S. Case No. 76 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition:- (i) Petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 25,000/- in the name of Opposite Party No. 2 at the time of furnishing bail bond before the court below through demand draft.
(ii) Rest amount of Rs. 33,037/- will be paid within a period of six months from the date of the order.
