JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,504,379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the petitioners abused the informant and upon protest they assaulted him causing serious injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no motive has been assigned in the First Information Report and the injuries are not grievous in nature. He has submitted that as a matter of fact, no case under Section 307 of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9423 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 Code is made out on the basis of allegation made in the First Information Report and referring to paragraph 3 of the application has contended that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents. In view of the submission as noted above, let petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 491 of 2014 ( G.R. No. 1495 of 2014).
