The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No. 60 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-b)A, 25(1-AA) and 26(i) and (ii) of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court on merits vide order dated 15th October, 2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 35199 of 2014.

For the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail his rejected.
