2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief(s) sought for by the petitioner in the instant writ petition has been granted by the respondent authorities,

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondent authorities in so far as the payment of interest part is concerned.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the liberty as prayed for.
