Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The son of the informant was driver of the truck and he was found hanging with a tree. Suspicion was raised against the petitioner, who was cleaner that along with other criminal associates he committed murder of the driver. Submission is that there is no material disclosing motive of the petitioner to commit the crime alleged, nor there is any eyewitness of the occurrence. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2019.

No.44887 of 2019(4) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Siswan (Chainpur O.P.) Police Station Case No.43 of 2019, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
