Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 324, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault including injury at the head against four accused persons.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, who is in custody since 12.04.2019 and investigation of the case is complete, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kajraili Police

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44899 of 2019(2) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 Station Case No. 106 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
