The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Om Prakash the petitioner, Dinesh Yadav, Arun Yadav, Kundan Yadav and Chandan Yadav took her father Yogi Lal Rishidev to their house and offered a cup of tea. Thereafter condition of her father started deteriorating and he died.

It is submitted that on same and similar allegation accused Dinesh Yadav, Arun Yadav, Kundan Yadav and Chandan Yadav have already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cri. Misc. No. 19505 of 2014 and Cri. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9322 of 2015 (2) dt.12-03-2015 2/2 20552 of 2014. It appears that the case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge No. VIII, Purnea in Banmankhi P.S. Case no. 126 of 2011, S.T. No. 445 of 2014.
