2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 268 of 2018.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners makes a statement at the Bar that all the petitioners have been granted police bail.

4. In that view of the matter and having regard to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74633 of 2018(4) dt.11-03-2019 2/2 decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench in the case of Bishundeo Sahu Vs. The State of Bihar and Others, 2011 (1) PLJR 731, the present anticipatory bail petition held to be not maintainable.

5. Let the petitioners surrender before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 268 of 2018.
