The petitioner is languishing in custody since 07.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365/34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that this petitioner and his father-in-law Haldeep Prasad Yadav kidnapped the son of the informant, namely, Nikesh Kumar, for the purpose of marriage. Though in 164 Cr. P.C.

statement, the victim has named the petitioner but the victim got married with the daughter of Haldeep Prasad Yadav. The petitioner happens to be the sonin-law of Haldeep Prasad Yadav. Considering the 164 Cr. P.C. statement made by the victim, subsequently Haldeep Prasad Yadav and Kaurab Kumar have been

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.

Ist Class, Begusarai, in connection with S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014.

Since the petitioner is accused in one other case apart from the present one, learned court below will be liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner if he defaults for two consecutive occasions or gets substantially involved in some serious nature of offence.
