2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the learned court below while rejecting the prayer for bail has observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for modification of order.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the order dated 20-06-2024 passed by the learned court below is modified to the extent that the petitioner may renew his prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52739 of 2024(2) dt.02-08-2024 2/2 for bail after framing of charge or after three months from today whichever is earlier.
