JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 6.1.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of snatching the gold chain of the informant. The petitioner's name sprang up in the confession of co accused Akash Kumar when the petitioner also made confession and accepted the guilt.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and only on the confession before the police the petitioner has been roped in the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6509 of 2015 (2) dt.19-02-2015 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Patna in connection with Srikrishnapuri P.S. Case No. 339 of 2014. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner in case the petitioner defaults without any reasonable cause on two consecutive occasions.
