2. This quashing application has been preferred way back in the year 2016, assailing the order dated 29.06.2016, passed by learned S.D.J.M., Birpur, Supaul whereby congnizance of offences under Section 353 read with 34 of the I.P.C. had been taken.
3. In the first half at 12:30 p.m., when the case was called out, one counsel appeared and prayed that this matter be taken at 2:15 p.m.. At 2:15 p.m., the case was repeatedly called
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49633 of 2016(2) dt.27-07-2026 2/2 out, but, none appeared.
4. It seems that the petitioners have lost all interest in pursuing the matter.
5. Accordingly, this matter is dismissed for want of prosecution.
