The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 871 of 2013 arising out of Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2013 registered under Sections 341/324/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. The prayer of the petitioner was earlier rejected on 02.01.2014 vide Cr. Misc. No. 22798 of 2013 by this Court taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioner to cause fire arm injury on the left leg of the informant . Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that informant/injured Nagendra Singh has been examined as P.W. 5. In his evidence, he stated in paragraph no.5 that he had

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge-VI, Patna City, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No. 871 of 2013 arising out of Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2013.
