The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 213 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 272, 273 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 41(1)(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is huge recovery of spirit from the truck. In view of the law laid down by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Vinay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)], this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. Hence, it is dismissed as not maintainable.
