2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 4 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379, 354, 341, 323, 504/34 of the IPC.
3. As per allegation, when the informant was sitting in her courtyard, the petitioners along with the accused persons, named in the FIR, came there and started abusing her. Further, they assaulted her with rod, lathi, etc, as a result of which blood was oozing out from her body. Thereafter, when her son came to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49961 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 rescue her, they also assaulted her son. The accused persons further snatched a golden Chakti and other household articles from her house.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case. He submitted further that although one injury on the person of the informant was found grievous in nature but it is not specifically attributed against anyone rather it is general and omnibus.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedent, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Rosera, District- Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 4 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
