The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bansi P.S. Case No. 40 of 2017 registered under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Manoranjan Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 42440 of 2017.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond
