The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused. The petitioner is in jail since 12.12.2014, but he has not been put on T.I.P. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri S.B. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in Bisfi P.S. Case No. 224 of 2013.
