The petitioner seeks bail in Rautara P.S. Case No. 65 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) read with Section 13 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. It is alleged in the written report that 20 litres of Mahua liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 1.6.2019 having clean antecedent.

Counsel for the informant has appeared and opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44582 of 2019(2) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II cum Special Judge, Katihar, in connection with Rautara P.S.
