This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 17.06.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82401 of 2019, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, while praying for extension of time to surrender, submits that the petitioners could not surrender before the learned Court below within the stipulated time granted by this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38175 of 2020(2) dt.25-01-2021 2/2 Court as they remained outside the State and due to pandemic the said order could not be communicated to them. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 17.06.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82401 of 2019, is hereby extended by two months from today.

This application is allowed with the modification as above.
