Patna High Court MJC No.1128 of 2016(19) dt.01-02-2024 2/2 whereunder a decision has been taken to cancel the order of approval of the appointment of one, Smt. Narayani Kumari, Clerk, one Sri Rajesh Kumar, orderly and the petitioner herein. 2.

It is further submitted that the said order dated 15.10.2019 has been challenged by the petitioner in a writ petition bearing CWJC No.25688 of 2019 (Arvind Kumar Chaudhary vs. the Additional Chief Secretary & Ors) and the said order dated 15.10.2019 has been stayed.
