The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Trial No. 613 of 2018 arising out of Keshariya P.S. Case No. 140 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties for the alleged offence. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that the final form has already been submitted.

No.75054 of 2018(4) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. XI, Motihar, East Champaran in connection with Keshariya P.S. Case No. 140 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
