Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that various irregularities have been committed in the distribution of goods.

Considering the nature of relief, prayed for in the present writ application, the writ petition is disposed of with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.9749 of 2020(3) dt.29-06-2021 2/2 direction to the District Magistrate, Vaishali to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law after providing opportunity of hearing to the persons likely to be adversely affected including respondent no.10.

Necessary order in accordance with law may be passed by the respondent District Magistrate within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

While passing the District Magistrate shall also look into the order passed by the Commissioner in this regard. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
