The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of abduction of the wife of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that when the victim was recovered, she asserted that she solemnized marriage on her own sweet will with this petitioner, namely, Dhiraj Kumar and she was not satisfied with the marriage which was solemnized earlier with one Arbind Kumar (informant) by her parents and she has not whispered

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47905 of 2022(2) dt.15-12-2022 2/2 about the complicity of this petitioner in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Simri (Dera O.P.) Police Station Case No.183 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
