JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-11-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Counsel for the State.

There is no ground for modification of the impugned order by extending the period of release of the vehicle for the reason that the impugned order dated 4.4.2017 does not disclose when the order of this Court was produced before the court of CJM.

As per the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner the order was produced1 for the first time belatedly on 23.2.2017.

It is reiterated that the vehicle was directed to be released within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41732 of 2017 (2) dt.08-11-2017 of the order as per the terms mentioned in the order dated 8,.2.2016. Let fresh application for release of the vehicle be filed by the petitioner before the court below and the same shall be considered accordingly.

There is no any ambiguity in the order, therefore it does not require any modification.

The application stands dismissed.
