2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 103 and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., the informant alleged that his disabled younger brother lived with his parents at Muzaffarpur and there was land dispute between his father and petitioner. It is further alleged that on 09.07.2024, the informant received a phone call from the local person that his parents have been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47519 of 2025(3) dt.09-10-2025 2/3 murdered and on inquiry, the informant came to know that these petitioners have committed murder of his parents by throttling the neck.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that deceased was own brother of petitioner no. 4 and admittedly, there is land dispute between the parties. Informant is not eyewitness to the occurrence and only on the ground of land dispute, suspicion has been raised against these petitioners. In the F.I.R., the informant has not disclosed the source of information as to who saw these petitioner committing the alleged offence. He further submits that post-mortem report completely falsifies the prosecution case. As per post-mortem report, cause of death is "due to electrocution".
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class (East), Muzaffarpur in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 181 of 2024, subject
