The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 245 of 2014 registered under Sections 395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

F.I.R. is against unknown. However, the name of the petitioner finds place on confessional statement of co-accused. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is neither any recovery from the possession of the petitioner nor petitioner has put on T.I. parade, though, the petitioner has been made accused in 11 cases except this case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 245 of 2014, subject to condition that petitioner will file Hazri in the nearest police station once in a fortnight for one year. m.p.
