JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,324,379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner caused injury with knife on the head of the informant and snatched ten thousand rupees. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no injury on the head of the informant has been found. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 7 of the petition. It is further submitted that the father of the petitioner filed Complaint Case no. 1597 of 2013 at earlier point of time against the informant and others in which cognizance was taken thereafter as a

The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Gopalganj. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
