Having regard to the fact that the petitioner's prayer in this writ application can be confined only for payment of his retiral dues inasmuch as payment of arrears of salary cannot be made subject matter of this writ application filed under the head of retrial dues, this Court would direct the competent authority to ensure that whatever retiral dues is payable to the petitioner, who has retired on 31.10.2012, must be paid within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
Patna High Court CWJC No.4730 of 2014 (2) dt.23-04-2015 The petitioner may, however, pursue his remedy for claiming payment of arrears of salary before the competent Court/forum.
With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
