The petitioner seeks his bail in Ahiyapur P.S.Case No.581 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The informant made allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner was apprehended in suspicious condition and from his possession, one loaded katta was recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that one loaded country made pistol is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than 7 months. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the fact the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
