2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the IPC in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.561 of 2019.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of seven cases and is in custody since 04.03.2020, charge sheet has been submitted and thereafter charges have been framed. It is next submitted that informant alleges that three unknown miscreants looted his motorcycle and a mobile at gun point on 24.12.2009.

4. It is submitted that the name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of Rajeev in police custody in Sahebganj P.S. Case No.03 of 2020. It is also submitted that Rajeev Kumar has been granted the privilege of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51907 of 2024(2) dt.31-08-2024 2/2 regular bail by order dated 20.04.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.68045 of 2021.

5. The learned APP opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.561 of 2019, subject to condition that one of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his father, Chandeshwar Tiwari.

7. However, in the event if the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that petitioner after being released on bail is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the trial court would be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner and to take all coercive steps to ensure that petitioner is behind bar.

8. The application stands allowed.
