JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-02-2021 Heard Mr. Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners who seeks modification of the order dated 04.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66383 of 2019 to the extent that the time granted for surrender of the petitioners and furnishing bail bond be extended by a further period of two weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to lockdown in view of COVID-19 Pandemic, in compliance of the order dated 04.03.2020 the petitioners could not surrender before the court below and furnish bail bond. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the
