JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 31.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that minor daughter of the informant eloped with Rikesh Kumar Das, son of the petitioner. Though victim and the son of the petitioner are still traceless but considering the thrust of accusation against Rikesh Kumar Das co-accused Priyanka Kumari and Sunita Devi have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 36592 of 2014. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 113 of 2014, G.R. No. 1338 of 2014.
