JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1) For issuance of an appropriate writ or writs in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondent authorities

Patna High Court CWJC No.17174 of 2021(2) dt.07-02-2024 2/3 to setup an inquiry against the illegal appointment of the respondent no.07 who had been appointed on the post of Aanganbari Sevika, and got her appointment after furnishing of forged and fake documents in connivance with the respondent no.06.

(2) For that after going through the inquiry report terminate the respondent no.07 from the post of Aanganbari Sevika as her appointment was made after submission of forged and fake document and also her appointment was made by not following the proper procedure as laid down under the guideline of Appointment of Aanganbari Sevika /Sahika 2019.

(3) For that after removal of the said respondent no.07 from the post of Aanganbari Sevika the post so became vacant, the petitioner who is also a well qualified candidate as well as fulfils all the required criteria for such post may kindly make her appointment on such vacant post."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty,
