The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 354B, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioners is that they tried to outrage the modesty of the informant and when the teachers of the school made protest, they threatened them of dire consequences.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 08.09.2018, the FIR was registered on 20.09.2018 and there is no medical report on the record. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73510 of 2018(3) dt.15-02-2019 2/2 petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent. Learned APP submits that the that the accusation is specific against the petitioners.

Considering the delayed lodging of the case and the accusation not being corroborated with the medical opinion, coupled with the statement made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Uda-kishunganj, District - Madhepura in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 293 of 2018.
