The petitioner seeks bail in a criminal prosecution registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Admittedly, the petitioner, besides others, is named in the F.I.R. vide Annexure-1 as accused and there is allegation of commission of crime of robbery of Rs. 9 lakhs of the informant, which he had withdrawn from the Bank. Subsequently, the petitioner was put on T.I. Parade and was identified by one witness. Besides that the petitioner is an accused in other criminal case of similar nature.
In above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to accede to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 41 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua, at this stage and it is accordingly rejected for the present.
Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner. However, if the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within a period of one year from the
