JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-10-2021 The present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 7.5.2021 passed by the Sub- Divisional Officer, Pakaridayal, East Champaran, whereby and where under the PDS license of the shop of the petitioner bearing license No.185/2016 has been cancelled.

At the outset, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate appeal before the appellate authority as per the provision contained in Rule 32 (iii) of the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016, which is not

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal against the impugned order dated 7.5.2021 before the appellate authority and in case such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall examine the same on merits and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, without being impeded by the issue of limitation, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
