The petitioner seeks bail in Gogari P.S. Case No. 90 of 2014, corresponding to SC No. 344 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 27 of the Arms Act.

There is very specific allegation against the petitioner that he fired which hit Md. Shah Alam and Md. Jahangir. Md. Jahangir died on the spot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial is going on and five witnesses have already been examined. The witnesses did not support the prosecution case. Be that as it may there is very specific allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9404 of 2015 (3) dt.02-04-2015 2/2 against the petitioner that he caused death of Md. Jahangir, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as soon as possible.
