The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Uchit Yadav named the petitioners along with other accused persons and alleged that on the order of Murari Yadav, Ramjee Yadav fired but did not hit anybody. Rahul and Shushil also fired.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case. From perusal of the record it appears that Murari and Rahul are alleged to have armed with rifle and country made pistol. They are of course alleged to have

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5759 of 2015 (2) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 fired but nobody was injured. The petitioners are in jail since 06.01.2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Munger in Mufassil (Munger) P.S. Case No. 167 of 2014.
